Born at the Naval Hospital in Okinawa, Japan, while her parents were stationed at Kadena Air Force Base, Kathleen’s roots in military life run deep—having traveled extensively and lived abroad in Korea, Iceland, and Japan, she has first-hand experience with international relocations and PCS moves.
